Ethiopian Coffee is renowned worldwide for its exceptional quality and distinct flavors. The country is considered the birthplace of coffee and it’s known for its diverse range of coffee beans. The traditional way of brewing coffee in Ethiopia is through a ceremony called “Coffee Ceremony”. The Forestry program uses coffee trees planted among other fruit trees (agro-forestry). This provides great income for model farmers in the Forestry project and teaches others how to grow and benefit from this practice.
